Christopher Patrick Green

 

Christopher Patrick Green of Edwardsville, IL passed away on December 12, 2024 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO. He was 58 years old.

 

Christopher was born in Staunton, IL on September 23, 1966 to James Green and Norma Oehler. He attended Mt. Olive schools and graduated in the class of 1984. Christopher was employed by MotoMart in Edwardsville where he made many friends. He enjoyed playing pool and fishing. Christopher was an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings football team. He also loved the St. Louis Cardinals and Illini football. Christopher was a member of the Moose in Litchfield, IL and St. John Paul Catholic Church in Mt. Olive, IL.

 

Christopher is survived by his long time girlfriend, Pamela Coad and two uncles, Charles (Harriet) Green and Frank Green.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his aunt, Cathy Houghby and two uncles, Jack and Bill Green.

 

A graveside service will take place at the Calvary Cemetery on Friday, December 20, 2024. Visitation will be from 10:30-11:00 a.m.. Father Thomas Hagstrom will officiate the service at 11:00 a.m.

 

Memorials are suggested to the family.
