Eleanor Semanik

Eleanor (Mitzie) Semanik was received Home by her Lord and Savior, Monday July 5 at 2:47 p.m. surrounded by her family at Heritage Health of Gillespie, IL. She was born on September 7, 1933 in Springfield, IL to James Manning and Effie Reis. She married Michael Semanik. She is survived by her children, Judy Morelan, Robert (Lori) Semanik, Patricia (Tom) Allman, grandchildren, Chris (Stephanie) Morelan, Tiffaney (Joey) Louks, Stephanie (Desiree) Ramos, Christian Semanik, Nicole Semanik, great grandchildren, Hunter Louks, Saige Morelan, Emersyn Ramos and sister JoAnn (Gene) Neumeister. Eleanor was preceded in death by parents, husband, sons, Michael, Mark, son in law, Don Morelan, brothers, Robert and Larry Manning. Graveside funeral services will be held for family and close friends on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11am at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Mt. Olive, IL. The services will be conducted by Pastor Derrick Taylor and Pastor Gary Schwab. Memorials may be made to Staunton Helping Hands.
