Fred Allen Koller

Fred Allen Koller passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 7:22 p.m. at his Walshville, IL home. He was 69 years old.

Fred was born on August 1, 1953 in Granite City, Illinois to Charles Koller and Vivian (Lanham) Koller. He worked at the former Granite City Steel as a steel mill operator. He married Marcia Barker on August 13, 2001, and she survives. In his spare time, Fred enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening. As a carpenter, he had a real passion for wood-working.

Fred is survived by his wife, Marcia, a son, Shawn Koller, daughters: Kimberly Koller and Sarah Koller, a step-son, Ben (Shelly) Barker and a step-daughter, Amy Fitzwater.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Bryan and Keith.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
