Lucinda Mae Taylor passed away at Carlinville Hospital in Carlinville, IL on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 10:33 p.m. She was 62 years old.

Lucinda was born on September 11, 1960 in Taylorville, IL. She received an Associates Degree in Personal Accounting.  She enjoyed singing, cooking, bingo, yard sales, baking and cake decorating. 

She is survived by two sons: Jacob (Elizabeth) Sebeschak and Jesse Jarman both of Walshville, IL., two daughters: Samantha (Sam) Belcher of Litchfield, IL and Patricia Birkenkamp of Staunton, IL, brothers: Mark (Cassandra) Hancock, James (Shelly) Hancock, John (Megan) Kindernay, and sisters: Kelly Skinner and Donna Hancock, twelve grandchildren: Trinity, Layla, Logan, AJ, Alex, Nealya, Katherine, Jozef, Zayne, Ezekial, George and Daniel.

Lucinda was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Cathy Hancock, a best friend, Rita Masterson and friend Karla Williams, a niece, Wendi Hancock, four brothers: David, Fred and Billy Hancock, Sean Jones, and two sisters: Geri Jett and Karmella Hancock.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
