Peggy was born In Jerseyville, IL on December 18, 1958 to Doctor and Sylvia (Young) Carter. She married David Zenner. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by a brother, Donald Carter, and a sister Vickie (Perry) Dobrinich.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents, Doctor and Sylvia Carter, her husband, David Zenner, two children: Joe Cunningham and David Zenner, Jr. and a brother, Faron Carter.
Graveside service 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 25, 2025 at the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Mt. Olive, IL.
