Church: Grew up in and attended the 1st United Methodist Church, Mt. Olive, Illinois
Occupation: Current employment was with The Mt. Olive Herald and previously employed by Walmart, Litchfield, Illinois for 10 years. She also sold Avon Products .

Interests: Rachel had a kind and generous heart and loved socializing with people. She enjoyed Social Media, and loved photography.

Memorial Graveside Service: Saturday, May 2, 2:00 P.M. Chapman Cemetery, Mt. Olive, Illinois
Clergy: Reverend Tommy Brewer
Joint Burial: A joint Burial will take place, her Brother John Mark Ellis will also be buried with Rachel, alongside their Mother, Hazel.. John 57 died Friday, January 2, 2009
Music: Bagpiper, Scott Smith will play at the Memorial Service.
