Schooling: attended schools in Granite City, Illinois and graduated from Granite City High School with the Class of 1967. after his Air Force discharge he enrolled at the Basic Institute of Technology, St. Louis, Missouri receiving a degree in Video and Engineering Technology in January, 1974.
Military: Air Force Veteran from 1968-1972 serving in Korea during the Vietnam Conflict, with the rank of Sgt. While at the Shepard, Texas Air Force Base he completed the Certified Communications Center Specialist Course in August 1968.
Occupation: Grain Operator Archer, Daniels, Midland, Granite City, Il.
Organizations: Mt. Olive Amvets Post # 55
Interests: Played High School football and baseball at Granite City. Enjoyed Music and Classic Cars.

Memorial Service: Saturday, March 11, 2017, 11:00 a.m., Becker & Son Funeral Home, Mt. Olive, IL.
Burial: Will take place on his property with Military Rites by the Mt. Olive Area Veterans.
Military Rites: The flag will be presented to his Father, Irwin "Babe" Anderson, a WWII veteran, by Ron Hubert, Ray Slapak, Richard Willows, & LaVern Rosenthal will serve as Honor Guard. Nancy Hubert will sing "God Bless America" and Gary Gardner will play "Taps".
