Obituary

Rose Ann Fox


 

Rose Ann Fox of Mt. Olive, IL passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 6:25 a.m. at Heritage Health in Gillespie, IL. She was 83 years old.


 

Rose was born on October 29, 1939 in Staunton, IL to Andrew Bianco and Mary (Warren) Bianco. She attended Staunton schools. She later earned an Associates Degree in nursing at St. John’s School of Nursing in Springfield, IL. After graduation, she was employed as a nurse at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. Rose Ann enjoyed crocheting, knitting and working with stained glass. She loved caring for her cats and dogs.


 

Rose is survived by three sons: Jerry Hartman, Jodi Fox, Jack (Jamie) Fox, a grandson, Christopher Krivi and a sister-in-law, Rena Bianco.


 

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Jamie Krivi, and three brothers: Richard Bianco, James Bianco Sr. and Robert Katzmarek.


 

Services will take place at Chapman Cemetery on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11 a.m. officiated by Pastor Tommy Brewer.
